Hey friend! I'm Kristen- wife to a hardworking police officer, mama of four wild (and wonderful) kiddos, and the heart (and hands) behind SaltLight Magnesium!

This all started because...well, I was tired! Not just "I need a nap" tired -- more like "someone please help me function" tired. I went on the hunt for a deeper more restorative sleep...and I ended up here! I made my first spray and had incredible results! I woke up and felt rested for the first time in years...I even tracked my sleep and could see a measurable difference! I continued using it and found more benefits beyond sleep, because if you haven't heard yet...our bodies kinda sorta need magnesium for A LOT of things! Next thing you know, I'm gifting it to friends and sharing it at my local Farmer's Market. Turns out, other people love it too! Their positive feedback has propelled me forward.

My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything I am and everything I do! I desire to follow and honor Him with this business and my entire life!
