Salt + Light

Jesus said on the Sermon on the Mount, when speaking to His followers:

“You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” Matthew 5:13-14

These words weren’t just poetry — they were a calling.

Salt preserves, heals, and brings out flavor. Light shines into darkness and reveals what’s true.

That’s what Jesus invites His people to be in this world: healing agents and hope-bringers — people who reflect Him.

That’s why I named this business SaltLight.

Yes, magnesium is great for your body — but my deeper desire is that everything I create points to the One who brings true rest, true healing, and true peace.

 The Gospel — The Best News

The truth is, we’re all broken.

We’ve all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23). No amount of good works or clean living can fix that.

But Jesus — fully God and fully man — lived a perfect life, died in our place, and rose again so that anyone who trusts in Him could be saved.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son,that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”  John 3:16

Through faith in Jesus, we are forgiven, set free, and made new. That’s the kind of light that changes everything — not just for this life, but for eternity.
