As a mom of 3 littles, I have a lot of wakeups throughout the night. I was having a hard time falling back asleep after each one and felt like I would lay there forever until I started using this spray! I fall back asleep quickly and deeply every time now! And I feel so much more rested in the mornings. It’s a part of my bedtime routine every night now.
Also, my daughter has always had a hard time sleeping deeply… with multiple wake up every night that were hours long. This spray has completely changed that. She rarely wakes up now and is sleeping so much more soundly!
